I have a list of people (by rows) and their favorite colors(by columns). I want to be able to have a drop down that will create a table that will show everyone with favorite colors of either red blue or green. I also want to be able to select the person in the column to see the colros they listed. How di I do that in the most efficient way?

Source Data

Red Blue Green Yellow Purple Black.....
Joe 1 3 2
Bob 4 2 1
Sue 1 3 4

Example of Result after Sort

Black Purple
Joe 2
Sue 4
Bob 1

Thanks!

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Hi there, welcome to the board!

You can't post data like that, as you can see, it won't show up right. You need to read the FAQ and download/install Colo's HTML Maker to post an example of your spreadsheet. I think that will shed some light on your question.
