I was trying to come up with a spreadsheet that my daughter could use to study her spelling words on her own and i thought i would throw out the idea to some of you to see what you think i could do. I'm using Excel 2k3 and i was messing with Speak Cells but i dont know alot about them yet and i havent found real informative info as of yet.

I'm thinking she would need to be able to click a button that speaks the Spelling Word then have a cell she can type it in and if she types the correct spelling of the word maybe have a check mark come up next to where you spelled it.

Any ideas are welcome but i'm no VB coder so be gentle.

thanks,

Mark
