Hi,

I am a newbie to excel, and many thanks in advance.

I have a very large excel file, and I want split it into multiple files base on a column's value (say, column A), and I want the new files to use the values in column A as the file name (e.g. value.xlsx).

Thanks a lot!

It is not clear what you want to do. I assume you want to split a large workbook into many workbooks - each sheet in the original to become a new workbook with a name based on a value in column A of the worksheet. is that correct?

See these posts (there are many more, do a search on 'split workbook')
