Stumped

I want my formula in cell V5 to process only if there is an an "X" in cell B5..,I have a lot going on and I can't get the function to take...any help?

=IF(T5="","",IF(U5="","",CEILING((T5*U5/60),0.5)))

Yes...that worked but now I get a "FALSE" when unchecked...nonetheless...I have decided to scrap the radio buttons, it tends to make the spreadsheet clunky and cumbersome, and I run excel for Mac to add insult to injury which is the worst piece of dung I've ever used (excel for Mac 2011 is the only stable release)...
