I recently added subtotals to a bunch of reports, but the grouping options on the left side, do not appear. Is there a setting somewhere that enables this?

In addition, the subtotals are including blank entries with the last text entry listed for the specified column. Is this typical?

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Is your sheet protected ? Or did you choose the whole range that contain your full data with the heads of it ?
No, this is not typical . It has to be not
