I have a table with customers, invoice amount, and amount collected. Is there a way to sort by customer name and figure out their balance?

Can I set that up as a recurring report so that I can quickly see which customers have an outstanding balance?

Maybe try a pivot table with a calculated field subtracting the amount collected from the invoice amount.
