=sum based on another cells value

Column A contains text (letters F,S & W) Column B contains numeric values associated with the letters in A (10, 20 ,39 etc) . So if there are 7 "W" in A, then what is the sum of the associated values in B.

Thanks in advance. I'll keep looking for the answer.

Kept Looking and =sumifs solved my question!
Could you please post your answer in the formula form? That way it would be a more descriptive SUMIFS sample for future readers and anybody reads the question could see how to use SUMIFS function to solve it. Then it is perfectly fine to mark your answer post as the solution.
