Hello I’m having a brain fart lol

I have a 4 column table

Column a dates
Column b the words can be Offer or declined
Column c will contain numbers
Column d will contain various words

I want a formula to look through table and identify the word Offer only and return the total of column c

Example

05/06/2018. Offer. 29. IEC
07/06/2018. Declined. 2. IEC
08/06/2018. Offer. 1. Coro

So answer equals number 30

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
Supposing that the dates are in D...

=SUMIFS(C:C,B:B,"offer",D:D,">="&K1,D:D,"<="&L1)

where K1 and L1 house the criterion dates with K1 <= L1.
