I have a list of data linked from another worksheet within the same workbook and I have a basic sum function to total all the data linked

The function is fine sum(p8:p27), but I get a #REF! error

Now the data that has been extracted (linked) contains a subtotal function, could this be the problem

I'm not sure why the sum function is not working?

Any help would be great!

Thanks in advance,

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
It's kind of weird... I don't want to copy paste the values because I need the links, but I've never encountered this problem before?
