I am trying to run this simple code but once its ran, I get these unneeded (U) in th final result and get an error.

Code:
Range("B2").Select        ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = _
        "=SUMIF(ertwertwertre!T:U,Sheet1!A2,ertwertwertre!U:U)"

This is what the results are and I get an error
Code:
=SUMIF(ertwertwertre!T:(U),Sheet1!'A2',ertwertwertre!U:(U))
#NAME? error

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
