sumif or vlookup with table reference changable

Hi

I download set data each day to compare movement. but I want to create a comparison sheet that will look up the tables I input in cells B4 and C4 (basically the fields in red below)

=SUMIFS(T_041115[SUM(ORDERS)],T_041115[PRODUCT],A6,T_041115[MTH],B2)

not sure if this is possible, im a VBA novice so not even explored that option currently

any help much appreciated
