Hi Just wondering if someone can help me I have created a spead sheet to show how many cylinder holdings we have. However I would like it to use the SUMIF to show which barcodes are actually in stock ie. 5 x Argon barcodes 9202 etc etc
If someone can tell me how to add image I would like to share it

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Are not barcodes just like any other data, like a SKU for sale products? Sounds like you could use count feature, not to add up the barcode numbers like a Sum. I'm far from expert however. I'm sure if you look up counting occurrence of data perhaps that will work. Hope this helps.

Can't determine what you need to do based on the info you provided. If you need to Count, the number of bar codes, then use COUNTIF. At the same time you need an image of bar code. I know there are bar code generators online you can use for free.
