Sumifs Array

Good Afternoon all

Is there a way to utilize Sumifs with a range/Array of values.

Example - Instead of entering each value select a range of cells

sum(sumifs(A2:A100,B2:B100, {"West","East","South"}))) I have many more Regions, too many to type & the regions will change.

Yes, just replace the array of constants with a range address
