Summing multiple columns if multiple columns are greater than zero

Hi, I would appreciate assistance creating the correct formula to :
SUM columns B, D and F ONLY if there are figures greater than zero in columns C, E and G
(The result to find the YTD Budget in column H)
I have tried numerous with not much luck!
