SUMPRODUCT QUESTION

Hi,

I have the following formula:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(Distributed!AO2:AO10000=">1"),--(Distributed!AP2:AP10000=""))

I just want it to look at "Distributed" and if there is ANYTHING in AO and nothing in AP to count it. I am mixing numbers and letters and the ">1" isn't working.

Thanks a million!
