Table refresh causing formula errors

I have some formulas looking up specific row numbers in an Excel table. When the table refreshes if the number of rows in it adjusts then the formula returns an error.

Is there a way of fixing this? Basically I want to always look at only the first 500 records in the table post-refresh (Rows 9 to 508).

Any help much appreciated!

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Try something like =indirect("A9:X508") to refer to the same range ( adapt it to your needs)
