Tabs or skip over cells with certain input entered

Hi there.

GRADE	/	LEVEL	/	XXHRS	/	FF/RU HRS	/	-
XX	/	X	/	4	/	-	/	-
RU	/	X	/	-	/	4	/	-

</tbody>

I have 3 columns. column "GRADE" is a "DATA VALIDATION" containing inputs XX,RU,FF.





I wish to tab or enter over the cell that needs no input (-) when the certain input in column "GRADE" are entered

leaving the auto filled "-" in the skipped cell..hopefully protecting it if I can.



This is a basic example of what I need to do as the are different levels but this doesnt change hrs formatting.

		I used a formula to put skip in the cells
		where no input is required so you need to overtype the formula
		in the blank cells
