i created an excel workbook of 12 sheets for the calendar year with a row list of 60 apartment units of a 5 floor building withthe 1st digit the floor # (1-5), and the next 2 the apt unit of 00-11 for a total of 60. the 1st row is labeled with apt # name, date, check #, amount, 2nd amount, late fees, total, balance, etc.and i made that row labeled across the entire workbook.
i quickly saw i did not have any unit listings of postings, so i manually started with sheet 1 (January and copied row 2 and then pasted to unit sheet 100 (Unit_100) in row 2. then back to sheet 2 (February ) copied row 2 and pasted to unit sheet 100 in row 3 and again back to sheet 3 (March) copied row 2 and pasted to row 4, etc.
i then recorded a macro across the 12 months for 2 or 3 apt units and marked out the commonalities, which were 'Rows" and 'Sheets'
the end game is to be able to run a macro, formula, or script across the 12 months and populate (overwriting permitted) the 60 apt unit worksheets so i can print 1 or more sheets as needed or individually reviewed, whenever...
i hope i'm not asking too much of the forum...

this a sample of apt unit 406 which is row 44 on the calendar sheets and is up to april
