Taking characters from 1st and second word from a string

How can I pull first three characters from the first word and then first two characters from the second word and then concatenate?

For example, County Risk Sharing Authority Inc

the final result should be CouRi

Thanks in advance

Excel Formula:
=LEFT(A1,3)&LEFT(TEXTAFTER(A1," "),2)
