Time and text on IF formula

hi,

I have the following formula:

<vlookup(c31,sheet2!c29:ah29,32,false),"oos","other text="" or="" formula")
[COLOR=#3E3E3E]=IF(O1 < VLOOKUP(C31,Sheet2!C29:AH29,32,FALSE),"OOS","other text or formula") [/COLOR][COLOR=#3E3E3E]<vlookup(c31,sheet2!c29:ah29,32,false),"oos","other text="" or="" formula")="" <="" font="">

O1 is a time cell and basically check with Sheet2 cell AH29 and if the time in O1 is < than AH29 it shows "OOS", so far so good, however AH29 not always is a time cell, sometime is text and is giving me OOS all the time is a text value. What I want is IF is time that do the formula and if is text that show the text instead. I dont know how to use IFNUMBER or ISTEXT in IF formula. If someone has an idea how to do this I will be grateful.</vlookup(c31,sheet2!c29:ah29,32,false),"oos","other>[/COLOR]</vlookup(c31,sheet2!c29:ah29,32,false),"oos","other>

Not sure I understood everything but does this work:

=IF(J10 < TEXT(J11,"HH:MM"),"OOS")

EDIT: delete the spaces before and after "<".
