Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.

Try

Code:
Range("A1").Value = Format(Time, "hh:mm AM/PM")

The easiest way to get the code for that is to record a macro whilst setting the format manually.
