Time parsing

Hi Guys i have a time i below format "Wed Apr 18:05:30 CDT 2018 " i want to change its format to
Apr 09 2018 03:11:09 with changing time from CDT to UTC. plzz help

If the entry is all in one cell, A1, as text, try:

=DATE(MID(A1,8,4),MATCH(LEFT(A1,3),G1:G12,0),MID(A1,5,2))+TIMEVALUE(RIGHT(A1,8))+TIME(5,0,0)

Mon 09 Apr 08:11:09 CDT 2018 is the custom number format: ddd dd mmm hh:mm:ss "CDT" yyyy
