I need some help with a scheduling spreadsheet and hoping someone here can assist.
Basically, I have 26 ppl who work a variety of shift patterns with existing lunch breaks between 8am - 5pm (mon - fri).
I need to schedule these ppl over the course of a week to meet a resource plan for 2 main types of work. and I want pro rata 80:20% these work types for each person on a visual time table so everyone knows what they are doing. Is there a function that'll help with this??? as it needs to be changed every week.
So basically, I want;
Time 8am ----->30min intervals----->5pm
