Excel Facts

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
do you mean COUNTIFS ?
I am not sure I understand your data and your goal.

I am not sure I understand your data and your goal.
Means

if 1.11-1.20 entry is 2 time & i want to divide list in 2 parts than
one entry shall be numbered as 1 and second entry shall be numbered as 2

&

if 1.11-1.20 entry is 3 time & i want to divide list in 2 parts than
first 2 entry shall be numbered as 1 and third entry shall be numbered as 2

so i can separate list in 2 parts, 3 parts as per client need.

Most of time we have 3000+ entries in a sheet and we want to send list to client in 2 parts or 3 so i can filter and copy/move selected data to new excel and can send.

Thank you

Try this in E3:

=IF(LOOKUP(10^10,$D$3:D3)/2>ROW(D3)-LOOKUP(10^10,$D$3:D3,ROW($D$3:D3)),1,2)

Try this in D3:

=IF(COUNTIF($C$3:C3,C3)=1,COUNTIF($C$3:$C$19,C3),"")
