I have a spreadsheet of articles sold on eBay and would like to total by list and number of items sold. Column C list each item (no quantity column - multiple items are simply listed twice, etc.) So I would like to generate a list with each "menu item" followed by the number of times it shows up in the spreadsheet. Is this fairly simple?
Thanks
Brad

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.

How about using the advanced filter to extract a unique list of items, then use the COUNTIF function to perform a count of the items.
