Tracing links within a spreadsheet

Can anybody tell me how it is best to trace which cells within a workbook contain formula links to another workbook.

For example I know my spreadsheet is linked (it says I have links within "View") but I can't find them - its a very big spreadsheet and whilst I know how to show formulae its still areal pain to do this and search and find them - is there a quicker way?

Use Edit, Find and search for "[" or ".xls".
