Traffic Light Conditional Formatting Help

Hi There

i am setting up some traffic light alerting in excel 2010
my issue is around getting the "lights" to respond to my desired range.

basically what i need is for the range to be green for anything below 1 min ( or we can work off 15 min intervals if easier ) then anything above one minute red.
The ideal format i want to use is hh:mm, i can even go with h:mm ( so 1.25 for 1 hour 15 minutes )

Help !!!!

oh i think i know where i am confusing people, i am working on the basis of h:mm,,,,, so when i enter 0:25 representing in this case 15 minutes it is coming up as green, i want anything above 0:01 to be red, and anything below being 0:00 to be green

15 minutes in hh:mm format is 00:15 not 00:25.

I think you are confusing decimal hours with serial times. For the first condition try the Formula ="00:01"+0
