Hello Friends

Could you please help me with the following:

I am trying to create a form for sale invoice. I am not sure how to deduct quantity from the warehouse stock table when invoice is saved/printed. Similarly I want to increment inventory every time receiving ticket is saved/printed.

I have experience working in MS Access but never worked on doing such transaction before. I was wodering if anyone could guide me to the right directions.

I can create queries in SQL and create Macros but I can't write VBA codes in Access.

Any help is appreciated.

Inventory systems are not straightforward. If you are prepared to spend some money, buy Building Microsoft Access Applications by John L. Viescas.

It contains all the information (table structures and code) for four different application types; Membership tracking, Inventory management, Customer support, and Registration management. The detail for each database type takes about 5 or 6 chapters.
