I have an excel file that lists the person name, person ID number, request 1, request 2, request 3, status 1, status 2, status 3 and request type in fields A through I respectively.

What I would like to do is transpose this data to look as such: person name, person Id, request, status, and request type (regardless if the request or status is 1, 2, or 3). That is display the request and status vertically but keep the perosn name, person id, and request type horizontal so that it aligns with each entry.

I have tried transposing the data which takes the data and displays it verticaly (which achieves my request/status objective) but it the peron name, person id, and request type are displayed veritcally as well when I would like for this data to be displayed horizontally and be copied for each respective vertical field.

I hope this makes sense
