Transpose few Columns to Rows based on the values

Hello All,

I have a sheet which has columns from 6 to 8 with certain values in it. Requirement is to bring these columns to the rows based on the values, excluding the blank values.

Attached the image. The first picture is how I currently have the data and I need to Transpose it as the 2nd image below.

I have tested the If logic in 'Tested' sheet, but that needs to be manually updated once the column value changes. We have 3 columns in sample file. In reality, we have more than 50 columns.

Can anyone please suggest a dynamic way of doing this.

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
