Trouble in Macro to Upgroup shapes in Word 2007

Hi,

Macro to ungroup the shapes in a word docment i used the below code but is not working
Sub ungrp()
Dim li As Long
Dim oShp As Shape, oShpi As Shape, oShpGrp

For li = 1 To oShp.GroupItems.Count
If oShp.Type = msoGroup Then
oShp.ungroup
End If
Next
End Sub

You haven't assigned a Shape object to oShp.
