Trying to insert a simple VBA sub in to Excel...Stumped

Please forgive the rudimentary nature of the question, I have not written in VBS/VBA in a long time and I have never used it with Excel. I find myself in need of a loop to help me write a configuration for a Cisco router. I see to be a simple enough endeavor, but whenever I run the macro in Excel I receive the following erorr: "Run-time Error '424': Object Required". Nothing in the sub becomes highlighted when the error procs, so I am unsure of where to begin to troubleshoot this...Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Below is the sub.

Sub Looper()
Dim Count As Integer
Dim Total As Integer
Dim Product As Integer

Count = 1
Total = Cell.Item(1, "F")

Do Until Count = Total
answer = Count * 5
Cells(Count, "H").Value = answer

Count = Count + 1
Loop

End Sub

I am attempting to run in in a workbook (on my MAC) with three sheets. The sheet entitled "Reference" is the sheet that I opened the VBA editor on when I wrote the code. I am unsure if I am even trying to run this correctly.

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
