Hi All,

I am trying to use conditional formatting to highlight cells if two conditions are met. On my spreadsheet, I am asking the question "Have you completed this worksheet?" and if the person chooses "yes" from the drop down menu in cell C2 then I want all the blank cells within E8:L19 to highlight yellow alerting the participant that they neglected to answer some of the questions.

Thanks in advance!

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Select range E8:L19 and apply this in conditional formatting formula

=IF(AND($C$2="Yes", ISBLANK(E8)), TRUE, FALSE)
