Typing Enter in Excel?

Is there a way to type 'Enter' or make a new pargraph when typing in an excel cell?

ex type this in one cell:

1. One
2. Two
3. Three
-----------
I know you can do it if you copy, but I'd like to know if you can type it.

Using ALT+Enter will enter a line break.
