Unable to get date range to work correctly

Hi,

I have created a formula to count the amount of times "closed" appears in column A combined with column H returning a date within a set range.

=COUNTIFS(Data!A:A,"Closed",Data!H:H,">="&J2,Data!H:H,"<="&J3)

What I am getting out is
