Hello!

I'm a new menber of this forum and I hope I can get some help from you.

I have set up an ODBC connection to a DB2. Everything works fine, but my problem is when I use the refresh. It replace the old data with new data from DB. The DB2 contains data for the last months. What I'm requesting is that Excel will keep the data before the refresh and only add the new records form the DB.

Do anyone has any idéa about how to solve this issue?

Many Thanks

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Welcome to the Board!

Copy the data that was previously imported and paste special it onto another worksheet.
