Updating spreadsheet from multiple computers

I'm working on a wildlife project incorporating VHF telemetry of Sage grouse (birds) in wyoming. I have two field teams that are a good distance apart geographically.

I would like to set up a spreadsheet with information such as Frequency ID's and last known locations which can be updated daily from both locations with ease. By "with ease" I'm thinking that when one field team updates the data, I will be able to see it automatically when I open up the spreadsheet without having to email updated attachments of the spreadsheet back and forth.

Is this possible? I don't have access to Microsoft Access so I was hoping I could publish a spreadsheet kind of like a webpage and update information that way?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
Welcome to the Board!

You can sign up for a Microsoft Skydrive account, which will let you keep the workbooks on the Internet. You can use Windows LiveMesh to keep them synced.

There's also a service called Dropbox that's similar.

Hi Smitty... I'm up North in Greybull and my other team is in Hyattville about 45 minutes to the south west. We're on the western foot of the Big Horn's. My project is for the University in Laramie though haven't spent much time there.

Ha, I was elk hunting up there a few years ago, east of Shell. Almost moved to Sheridan about that time.

Let me know how it goes with SkyDrive.
