I have a list of Job titles in column A, Column B is the hours required for that task. I want to populate the hours on that row that correspond with the Job title. This is what i want to return but I want everything under the title Column to populate from the hours in the B column.

I was trying to use INDEX and MATCH combination but I can't get it to work properly. Any help would be appreciated.
