User form data collation

Hello..i have to collect production data of 20 team members on daily basis...thought of creating a user form and route that to an excel sheet to save data...but what is the best way to do that..because my team members are in different shifts and code should run even when my laptop is not on...any suggestions please ..thanks in advance..
