Hi All,

I am new to VBA so please excuse any silly questions.

I have a worksheet with a list of customers in range F20:F169 when you double click in the adjacent cells (range G20:G169) it generates the same userform with 25 checkboxes for all 149 customers.

Is it possible to save the userform against each individual with their specifically ticked checkboxes so that when you reopen the userform it has saved them? e.g one person might have all 25 checked but another might only have 12.

I tried using userform1.hide but that saves the same ticks for the whole range not individuals.

Hope that makes sense! And many thanks for any help on the matter.

Where do you want to save the data?

What do you actually want to save, the checkbox captions?

If it were me, I would have a veryhidden sheet, in which I would have a column for each of your 149 customers, and save the state of the checkboxes in the customers column. I would do this as I was removing the userform. When You initialize and show the userform, load the previously saved data.
