Hi
I have a excel data set which is data on horse racing in the UK.
The data set is listed row by row, with each horse in the race listed one after the other.
When the data for the next race begins, it starts on the row immediately below the previous race. This is my problem
I would like to create 3 lines of spacing between each race, using formulas. So this would mean creating another worksheet that is a replica of the original data sheet, but which is entirely formula based, with 3 lines of spacing between each race.
The data set has the time of the race as one of the data fields, which I was using as the identifier as to where the spacing should go, in my attempts to solve the problem myself.
I have attached a link to a photo of the data set, as I could not work out how to upload a excel file sample set
The solution has to be formula based, as the workbook cannot cope with macros.
The link to the data set jpeg is directly below.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards
Rumpole.
