using two formulas

How do form a statement to use two formulas in one cell. I want to add 5% then round down the number.

=E9*(1+2%)


=ROUNDDOWN(H9,0)

Who is Mr Spreadsheet?
Author John Walkenbach was Mr Spreadsheet until his retirement in June 2019.
That formula won't increase the amount 5%, it increases it 2%, but perhaps:

=INT(E9*1.05)
