Using Unless or If in the formula

I am trying to create a formula that will change the color of B7 if the number in H7 is greater than 10 unless D7 has the word Approved in the cell. For any other word in D7, the cell would change color. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

There is no need to use UPPER as <> is not case sensitive
