#Value is appearing, why?

Greetings,

This is my formula, =IF(T8<>"",IF(U8=0,"",MOD(R8-I8,1)),"")

This has worked in the past, but why not now?

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
One or more of your cells U8,R8,I8 has text not number(s).

Well, one cell is a number, and the others are time.
Maybe I need to check the cell that has time in it is ""?

Believe it or not, I refreshed it and it worked.

I'm getting odd errors with this version, 2013 on my Surface RT.
