VBA and Parallel Port

Hi All,

I got a machine which has a parallel port, instead of connecting to a printer to print out the results I want to be able to use the parallel port on the computer and with the aid of VBA I would like to transfer the data to the pc for storage. I dont know if MSCOMM could be used like the serial port. Any help would be great. Does anyone know if there is a software?
