VBA - automatically run macro when drop down changed

Hi

I have a file which basically prompts the user to select a category in a drop down list. From there - this brings up up to 8 relevant products which have a photo attached.

I have created the VBA code (with help!) So that when I run the macro, the pictures automatically appear (and delete others that were there beforehand).

I am looking for help with simple code that essentially prompts this activity when a new category is selected on the drop down.

Apologies but I cannot post existing code as my PC is currently running an update - hoping that it won't be vital as I think all I need is the code to go before (and potentially after) what is already there.
