VBA code to fill a table with data from another table in a unique way

From the image below, I want to use the data from A4:A13 to fill A17:A46. I need a VBA approach can someone please help me out?

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
