VBA copy rows based on cell value

Hello, everyone, a bit new to macro VBA.

I have a worksheet template with HIGH, MEDIUM & LOW probability. I'd like to copy the same template into another worksheet with only MEDIUM & LOW only. with format and headers all the same.
