I made this excel file as a tool by other user, I'm wondering if there's a way to hide or permanently hide the toolbar upon opening the file so that it may look neat and appears to be as a encoding tool.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
You could use
VBA Code:
Private Sub Auto_Open()
Application.ExecuteExcel4Macro "Show.Toolbar(""Ribbon"",False)"
Application.DisplayFormulaBar = False
Application.DisplayStatusBar = Not Application.DisplayStatusBar
End Sub
