Hey all,

I have the same problem as many other users on the internet, but I haven't found a satisfactory answer yet.
It is, I think, similar for example to http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/showthread.php?t=561565&highlight=disappeared+VBA
I don't have AVG, I run McAfee though.
I know there's been an issue with McAfee erasing modules (like in http://www.pcreview.co.uk/forums/excel-vba-code-disappears-saved-workbook-re-opened-t1007266.html, but it's strange, my modules were saved perfectly for weeks. Then I didn't use them for a while. Now I needed them again and I just can't find any module anymore. I checked my security settings a dozen times. Also, I don't think the code I used could be considered dangerous.

Luckily I had the code saved in a Word document, but it seems to be incorrect as a paste it in Excel, so I'd really like to find my old modules again.

Thanks a lot,

Cedric

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Hey,

By accident I stumbled upon what seems to be the code in another workbook.
I'll try and see if it works. I still don't know why it didn't work or was available in the workbook I was using it in.

Thanks!
